What this page covers

RangSilk Private Limited uses cookies and similar storage (localStorage) on https://www.khaatapos.com and tenant workspaces. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the marketing site.

Essential cookies

These are required to sign in and keep a workspace session:

  • refreshToken — refresh token so you stay signed in.
  • khaataSession — session flag used by the app shell.
  • HttpOnly auth cookies set by the API for tenant and customer-portal logins.

If you block these, login and POS will not work.

Preferences

  • theme in localStorage — light/dark preference on the ERP.
  • Draft registration details in localStorage so a half-finished trial signup can resume.

Payments

Razorpay’s checkout may set cookies on Razorpay domains when you pay the ₹2 mandate or a subscription invoice. Those cookies are controlled by Razorpay’s policy, not ours.

Analytics and ads

The public KhaataPOS homepage does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar ad trackers. If we add optional analytics later, this page will be updated before they go live.

How to control cookies

Use your browser settings to delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out. You can also write to privacy@khaatapos.com or call +91 78272 82185.
