KhaataPOS is a product of RangSilk Private Limited. We build KhaataPOS so the counter, the stock room, and the khaata stay one story.

RangSilk Private Limited is based in New Delhi, India. We started KhaataPOS in 2025 after watching restaurants, kiranas, cafes, bakeries, and salons juggle a billing app, a stock sheet, a payroll tool, and a GST export — then reconcile them at night. One tenant workspace is the product: POS, inventory, people, and books under the same login.
We do not publish invented testimonials or unverified shop counts. What you read on this site is what the live ERP actually ships.

Ledgers, P&L, cash, receivables, and GSTR-1 compatible exports. We do not file GSTN returns for you.
